Phase line reachable Monday-Friday by 10AM.

AFFORDABLE
Lab Tests are $40 plus tax. Rapid Tests (Point of Care cup) are $25 plus tax.

We understand that finding childcare can sometimes make things tough. For this reason, clients are allowed to bring children to the facility while they are screening.
Clinical Assessments &
Targeted Case Management
Group outpatient services are offered at this facility through Crossroads Counseling including Substance Abuse, Anger Management, and Domestic Violence programs. In addition, Crossroads Counseling also offers various clinical assessments including mental health, domestic violence, anger management, substance abuse, and parenting.
